I dunno where else to put it, so feel free to move it as needs be. ANYWAY. I know that there's a few MU*S that have message boards with like, sections for Semi-IC stories and stuff (Such as mini-fics, or stuff where someone posts a small scene that would happen off screen with their characters to advance story or something) so I thought I might suggest putting something like that here. I also want to suggest a couple of Code ideas I had if the Coder is reading: +pot -- A command that I know of from other MU*s that, when used, shows the person who used it the last few poses in the scene as a repose so that if they get disconnected, or just joined, they can catch up. Example: +pot ------ (timestamp) Name did this. (timestamp) Name said this. (timestamp) Name did and said this. ------ It would help with people who have tricky ISPs that toss them off the MU* and stuff. I know @po shows pose orders.. but it'd be cool if there was also a command to show you what happened before you got there. Also another idea I thought of also comes from another MU*; the idea is a +map command that shows a map of the MU*. (I actually got this idea from Meadows MUCK, which has a spiffy map!) it could help people find their way around and uhm, stuff. XD; Anyway, that's all I got for now.

I'm not familiar with the +pot command but I do know we have a map already made that Sinyaa put together. It's on the website and not on the MUCK itself, however.
I'm not sure if it can be coded to fit on the MUCK but maybe something can be done if even a crude ANSI mock-up. The grid we've got right now isn't really that complex.

If nobody else wants to, I could volunteer my ascii-art skillz to make a map - I'd need to dicuss specifications with someone first though.

It might be a good idea to have a map on the MUCK itself. I've never heard of +pot myself... but it sounds quite useful.

I've tinkered so typing '+map' on the muck presents the url for the map. Temporary solution to save having to hunt for it to give to folk. There's also findpath, typing 'findpath <player>' will tell you which way to go to get to the given player assuming such is possible.
